By utilizing the services of TransferYZ, any customer acknowledges complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. Acceptance is indicated by using our services, or by booking a service through the company's website.

The act of confirming a booking explicitly expresses consent to abide by these terms and conditions associated with the booking. Should a customer disagree with these Terms and Conditions, they are not permitted to engage in any contract with the Company or book a service through the Company's website.

It is important to note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable regulations set forth by the Moroccan Authority.

1. Basic terms:
  • 1.1 The Company : TransferYZ
  • 1.2 The Customer : a person or a company that uses the Company’s services on the basis of a booking, subject to these business terms and conditions.
  • 1.3 Terms and Conditions : the conditions under which the Company provides its transportation or travel services to the Customer
  • 1.4 The Service/Transportation : the actual transport or brokering of Transportation, travel services, or other Customer services, performed or mediated by the Company.
  • 1.5 The Driver/Service representative : is an employee of TransferYZ.
2. Guarantee of compensation; liability for damage:
  • 2.1 The Company bears responsibility for any damage or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the Company or its employees. If the Company arranges for the Customer's transportation with another carrier, that carrier assumes liability for any damages resulting from their service. In such cases, the Customer acknowledges the acceptance of the carrier's transportation service by boarding their vehicle.
  • 2.2. The Customer acknowledges that they are not entitled to any liability claims in the following circumstances:
    • - Delays during transportation caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, car accidents not caused by the Company's driver or an
    • - Delays in transportation caused by the Customer or another ordering party (e.g., travel agent, hotel, tour operator) due to not arriving at the agreed time and place as scheduled.
    • - Damage to the Customer's property or health resulting from a traffic accident not caused by the Company's driver.
    • - Damage to the Customer's property, health, or life resulting from necessary maneuvers undertaken by the driver during transport to prevent further damage or potential consequences. Such maneuvers may include sudden braking, sharp detours, or skidding to avoid collisions with animals, pedestrians, or other vehicles on the road, unless proven otherwise.
    • - Damage resulting from the negligence or oversight of the Customer or another ordering party, such as forgetting to load or unload baggage, losing small items or cash during the journey, etc.
3. Accident or Loss:

Customers are kindly advised to be vigilant in safeguarding their personal belongings at all times. TransferYZ shall not be held responsible for any incidents of theft, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or any direct or consequential losses arising from such occurrences, unless they result from the negligence of TransferYZ. In the event of negligence by the company, its liability is restricted (excluding cases of death or personal injury) to a maximum amount equivalent to the ticket price refund.

4. Personal Safety:

All Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their safety throughout the Transfers or Tours. By participating in these services, all Customers implicitly agree to follow the safety instructions provided by the Guide and to exercise caution and attentiveness during the activities. Regarding prices: The prices displayed on the website represent the current rates and are subject to change without prior notice. Once a Customer has made a booking for a Transfer or Tour with TransferYZ, they will not be obligated to pay any additional amount in the case of a price increase. Similarly, if there is a price reduction, TransferYZ will not issue any refunds for the price difference.

5. Method of payment for the return journey:

When a reservation involves a return trip or multiple trips, the Customer has the option to make a single payment for the total amount either in advance or at the commencement of the first service with the company. In either case, upon payment, the company's driver, service representative, or booking department will issue a receipt as proof of the transaction.

6. Changes to existing bookings:

Modifications to existing bookings are only feasible if TransferYZ receives a written notification at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Additionally, the customer must receive a confirmation from the company in advance for any changes to be considered.

7. Payment:

7.1 In cash For payments made in cash for transfers or other services, the driver or representative of the Company will only accept Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), and US dollars (USD). If you choose to pay in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to Moroccan Dirhams at the current exchange rate determined by the Company on the day of the pickup. Please note that this rate may differ from the exchange rate that was in effect on the day of booking.

7.2 By credit card Customers have the option to make payments through debit or credit cards online in four currencies - MAD, EUR, GBP, and USD. However, if the Customer chooses to pay directly to the driver or a Company representative, payments can only be made in MAD, and only with cards that bear the logos displayed on the Company's website.

8. Cancellation Policy:

You have the flexibility to request a date change at no additional cost until 24 hours prior to the departure time. If you decide to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up, a 100 percent cancellation fee will apply.

9. Cancellations by TransferYZ :

If, by any chance, a tour is canceled, we will provide the customer with the option of either rescheduling the tour for a different date or receiving a full refund.

10. Refunds:

In the case where the Customer decides to cancel a prepaid online service and is eligible for a refund, the money will be promptly reimbursed to the card or account that was initially used for payment.

Terms and Conditions Validity:

The validity of these Terms and Conditions is ongoing and commenced on August 1, 2023. If any modifications are made to these Terms and Conditions, which remain within the Company's discretion, the Customer will be obligated to adhere to the version of the Terms and Conditions that was in effect at the time the booking was confirmed.
